My organizer friends

Today was our NAPO meeting for the Chicago chapter. We learned all about strategic planning and it was very helpful to learn the process- brain dump (get all the negative out) , wish list (ask yourself want to you really want) , resources (what will it take to get you there- who can help you). I also really enjoy seeing all my organizer friends on a monthly basis. I’ve made great friendships over the years with these organizers. Each year at our annual national organizing conference we bond even more.

A couple months back my husband had his work friends over. Because I don’t work at an office I was out numbered and at a loss of who to invite. Then my creativity kicked in and I thought- why not invite my organizer friends over- sure they are competition but the support we give each other supersedes the competition.
