Procrastination-When does it stop?

We all can admit we’ve procrastinated at different levels or degrees through out or years- in high school by studying the “night before", in college by starting the exam paper too late, and now as adults by waiting a little too long to pay the bills, clean the house, start the laundry or do the dishes. Yes, some of that is very small and insignificant but at some point procrastination can really start to affect us in some very serious and not so funny ways. Procrastination can cost us huge amounts of time, money, a good credit score, responsible parenting, our integrity/honor at work and even our marriages. Answer the following few questions and get a little closer a squashing procrastination from stealing areas of your life.
1. what tasks or “to do’s" are essential to run your household, family, and work life well?
2. what excuses are you currently making which feed your procrastination in starting these tasks ? write these excuses down. Think through these carefully and be HONEST with yourself.
3. what further consequences will arise if you do not start or accomplish these tasks?
