Totally Organized Tool Room

Taking a tool room from a trashed space to a treasured workspace

It’s never convenient when you can’t find the tool you need the most. Organizing your tool room will help you finish home improvement projects faster and cheaper. Using up what you have will reduce project costs and having tools hung up and ready to use makes handyman life a whole lot easier. In this tool room we grouped like items on the cork board and also containerized parts by category. For example, in the end, we had an electrical container, plumbing basket, painting supplies bin, paint shelf and a shelf for drop cloths. Things that you grab often- a measuring tape, level, stud finder, and hammer- we mounted right about the workbench (not seen in this picture).
